Any Hope For B2X (Bitcoin Segwit 2x)?

It is pretty amazing how the fork events this year has totally turned out and how so many devs are obviously trying to use it to scam or possibly using it to affect the immutability of Bitcoin which I see as an attack. Most especially while reading there is another fork stated to happen in December called Bitcoin Silver. Not why we are here though but you can read more information on that here on cointelegraph.

However, regarding segwit2x fork, a lot of users, exchanges, traders etc have dropped and are dropping their supports daily for this forked chain. Most people are tending to understand this is not an attempt to make bitcoin better, but an attempt by some group of greedy miners and company to centralize bitcoin by taking the control power away from the community and now the uncertainty surrounding it is even getting more serious by the day.

To me, it will seem like just the ones we have had and then we keep on going with the normal activities after a while with B2X being just another altcoin with no support like BTG. However, the replay protection is still bothering and I am really watching how it would all play out but I will advise anyone to stay away from trading, or transaction within this period until the coast is clear.

However, I will like to hear your thoughts. Do you think this forked chain would fly? What are your opinions about it and how do you think the whole fork scenario pre or post, will play out?
