Well, this is a can of worms. Went onto local bitcoins.com, there's not currently anyone selling bitcoins in Zimbabwe but there has been in the past. Will keep an eye out. Alternatively, there is one guy selling BTC for $15K (USD) BUT (of course there is a but) he is giving you the value in Hyat gift cards. Could maybe use this for my upcoming holiday but it's only in North America, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and South America.
