Anyone who says Segwit is enough needs a reality check. Yes, there are periods where TX fees are low due to lower volatility, but when there is action it the markets, the confirmation wait times and fees go through the roof. Let's not even mention the effect of miners chain-hopping to boost their profits, which makes the issue even worse.
Bigger blocks are needed on the main chain, there's just no way around it.
its just a matter of when.
