This coin is similar to dash (Basically a fork) but with some added features like - "Proof of Stake" over "Proof of Work", better block transaction time - 60 seconds vs 150 seconds (in Dash). Also this coin is not pre-mined. I have included this one as its current price is quite low compared to DASH.
