It could mean more volatility in the near future. Banks and whales are able to manipulate the market and a lot of investors in crypto are inexperienced and will panic sell.
I think in the long run banks, hedgefunds and leaders in the game will be taking a big chunk of the market from the everyday man by using these options to their advantage.
I will personally stay the course with the ups and keep purchasing on the downs to increase my holdings. Anyone planning to be in the cryptogame for the next 5-10 years should not be worried.
