Why Bitcoin could be more important than the Internet..!!

It is interesting how all of a sudden BITCOIN is hitting Mainstream..!!
I just read this article published on the Nasdaq and thought I would share it. All credit to Nasdaq for publishing the content.

The article goes into detail about what BITCOIN is, how it is created, and what it is worth.
It just goes to show what we all take for granted is actually alien to most people.
Most people on STEEMIT have a good grasp of CryptoCurrencies and how they compare to Debt Based Fiat Currencies but my guess is that less than 5% of the population actually no how they work.
Imagine going to a party with 100 people I bet you would struggle to find more than 5 people who could tell you what CryptoCurrencies were let alone how they are mined and managed.
For this reason alone when more people actually wake up to the World of CryptoCurrencies most people on STEEMIT could well be 3-5 years ahead of the game..!!
It's fascinating to know that most of us who are up to speed on BITCOIN, CryptoCurrencies, BLOCKCHAIN and Digital Distributed Ledgers are actually sat on a wealth of knowledge which has great value and one we all on here take for granted.
If it is true and BITCOIN could be more important than the Internet in the future just remember we are probably part of less than 5% who actually already know this..!!
That has to be worth something..!!

If only I had an easy way to buy bitcoin...
In the future it will be easy to buy bitcoin as though you was buying anything online. In the future a bitcoin wallet will be common. Stephen
