What is Bitcoin private?
Bitcoin private is a hard fork of BTC and ZCL. BTCP will have the same privacy technology as ZCL (zk-snarks). This means payments are published on a public blockchain, but the sender, recipient, and amount of a transaction remain private.

Rhett is the lead developer.
Overall, their contribution team is huge. This is a truly community driven project and they are all invested in making this fork happen.

How will BTCP be distributed?
If you have 1 ZCL, you keep 1 ZCL and get 1 BTCP, if you have 1 BTC (at $16k cost currently), you keep your BTC and get 1 BTCP.
What is going to happen to ZCL after the hard fork?
It will still exist, though we are unsure how its development will continue as of right now.
Is there a premine or a founder's reward?
No.
What exchanges will support the fork?
Some exchanges like Binance and Kucoin state they support forks, but ZCL is not currently listed on either of these. They should support the fork from the BTC side but we cannot guarantee this right now. If something changes we will let you know. See below question on how to guarantee you get your BTCP from your ZCL.
Where can I store my ZCL to ensure I get my BTCP?
You can download the Windows wallet and if exchanges announce support then you can also store them there.
