I agree, we need to take some time for ourselves every now and then. Especially since following the cryptospace takes up so much of our spare time :/
So i have only been really getting into cryptos the past couple weeks. There are some nights i am so excited or just simply learning so much i don't realize its 3-4 in the morning. My point is with this being such an exciting topic and like @smoothlarry said it can take up so much of your spare time, you really do forget to stop and relax for a moment. Right now i have been having such a blast learning and watching the crypto space that I'm ok with staying up all night but the potential to burn yourself out is deff there.
