I've been thinking about this. Seems to be cryptocurrency needs to lose some of the anonymity some love in order to gain widespread acceptance. I had half wondered about how this might be implemented, my early thoughts were a printable "bill" of some kind (rookie noob). This seems to me to be a pretty ideal solution to pass along through several hands without tying to any of them, save the obvious first to load it and last to unload it.
There already have been cryptocoin wallet cards around, but this one creates the private keys on first use (so the manufacturer doesn't know the private key) and it can actually show it's status through blinking lights.
Hey, not the first time I discovered something once the technology was perfected rather than when the tech was created ;)
Being a later adaptor isn't always a bad thing imho ;-)
