Developers that step up to the plate, that's what breeds success!
With the alarmingly increasing number of coins and tokens on the market these days, it's imperative to find the developers that are devoted to their project. In the last few months I have witnessed several coin developers abandon their projects and run with profits, or just give up altogether after the recent bearish markets. Alongside this, we have pump n dumps and ICOs that don't provide anything more than an outlet for the public to dispose of their hard earned money...now let's talk about one of the good projects.
The Rapture team is a shining example of those rare developers that care. With an extremely high activity level, along with community engagement, and tireless efforts to increase the stability of Rapture and Quality of Life for its users. The developers have proven their devotion and instilled a strong collective support from the rapidly growing community.
And the best part...? Their main focus is on Charity
The Dev Team (I)
Drew – RaptureDev
Our lead developer’s first introduction to code was using GW Basic on an 8086 computer in the early 90’s (when not adventuring in Space Quest or Kings Quest). In the decades following, he has gained extensive experience on the technical side of the motion picture industry, contributing to the tools and applications that have helped create some of the most memorable moments in major movies in recent years. His fascination with the blockchain began in the early days of Bitcoin and his involvement in Rapture was born from his passion for the potential of blockchain technology and the positive impact it could have on people’s lives.
Rebecca James
Born in Canada, and has lived in the US for over 10 years. Baptised Catholic, yet currently identifies as a non-denominational, Becca prefers to focus on the values and goals that all people of faith share. Becca has a professional background in design and photography and has previously worked for tech companies and the energy sector, and she is now focused on using blockchain technology to directly support charities – CharityNodes were Becca’s idea!

Martin Mizzell
Gave his life to Christ in 2002 and was immediately delivered from drug addiction. Father of 4 children – 3 boys and a girl. Met his wife on eHarmony! Born and raised in Texas. A little bit redneck and a lot geek. Martin enjoys time with his family and learning new skills. He has been developing software for 15 years and has worked for companies improving their b2b systems as a consultant, senior engineer, and architect. Among Martin’s development experiences, he helped GameStop implement their points reward and redemption system. Martin is excited to be a part of the Rapture team!

My Findings
Drew the lead developer is highly active in the discord community on a daily basis. Offering his assistance to anyone that asks, and troubleshooting any issues extremely efficiently. He has an amazing response time, even for general inquiries and also engages in conversation with the community constantly. His efforts to show and maintain his presence are second to none.
Drew is constantly looking for new ways to improve the Quality of Life for the end users of Rapture. The Masternode setup guide(II) is immaculate. With thorough step-by-step instructions detailing what each command does, and laid out in a quick and easy to understand method it is by far the most comprehensive Masternode Setup Guide I have seen. On a daily basis, Drew is seen improving current features of the project or implementing new ones. I personally have given him a few suggestions that not only did he deliver, but improved on in an amazing time frame. To name a few of his recently completed tasks: Explorer overhaul and upgrades(III) A Block Subsidy Change and wallet update, as well as a new Tipbot for Discord(IV). I am glad to have met Drew, it was nice to have been heard and accepted so openly and I look forward to working alongside him for charity!
Becca is highly motivated and just as active as Drew when it comes to community engagement and project development. Becca leads all the PR efforts online and has recently begun implementing some outreach in person. She is extremely ambitious and is working hard towards her main goal, providing funding for registered charities! The CharityNode Program(V) is her most ambitious endeavor, striving to provide Masternodes free of cost to charities. Becca intends to make some changes for the greater good in this world, that's something I think we all can and should support!
On top of all that Becca is actively working on her own projects for Rapture including Graphic Design and visual branding upgrades. I've also been told she is in the process of writing the whitepaper for the project, which further demonstrates the team's commitment.
Martin was recently brought onto to the team to lead the development of the mobile wallets. While I personally have only had a brief conversation with him, it was pleasant. Drew and Becca's faith in Martin leads me to believe he will make an excellent addition to the team and I am excited to seeing his progress and hearing more from him in the near future!
I discovered the Rapture project very early (day 2 of launch) and have been involved as a contributing community member ever since. My findings are based on personal experience and not just limited research.
Overall the team thus far has done a great job all around, including pushing out updates, stimulating the community and providing a tangible and beneficial service with real-world applications. Although still in its youth, Rapture promises to be one of the top new digital assets of 2018!

Good style, Great Coin 👍✨
Very true
NICE ONE
It's good to see the real projects with hard work and dedicated teams behind them, I see the ones you found and they sound like solid blockchain entities. Another one with great developers that under promise and over deliver is one called Neblio.
