This pattern should in fact be net positive as those are traits of an uptrend or asset making consistent momentum moves higher.

Pull backs are on less volume as it is mainly profit taking as opposed to out right sellers or shorting, and then volume is increased as the buyers snap up shares again.

Being that the buyers are in control of price action, we should see more volume on those moves.
