For the first time in over a week, Bitcoin rises above $20,000.

For the first time in over a week, Bitcoin surpassed $20,000 on Tuesday as cryptocurrencies and other risk-sensitive assets rose in Asian trade. Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, was up more than 5% at $20,286.

Ether, the second-largest, increased 4% to a one-week high of $1,389. The dollar weakened marginally in the overall market after reaching new highs on Monday.
