I am currently a U.S. citizen and our government is very against bitcoin and cryptocurrencies there are less and less ways to buy bitcoin here and the most popular place to buy bitcoin here is coinbase and due to constant extensive regulations it makes it harder for people to own bitcoin. I read many stories of peoples coinbase accounts being frozen or shutdown. i believe the u.s. are starting a war on cryptos and want to outlaw bitcoin like in other parts of the world. My question is does anyone know if the Canadian government is crypto friendly or against it like the u.s. government?

My plan is to move to Texas and just wait for the state to leave the union. :)

That will never happend.. and you know that :)

Just because California pusses out every time a republican gets in office, doesn't mean the whole country is made of those whiners.

Eventually, Texas and Alaska will do their own thing. Hell, most of the tax money collected from Texas, leaves Texas.

I really don't want to go in to politics as is not my slice of pie but i know a lot of people from Texas that are sharing the same ideas as you. What will happen we will see!

Who controls the money controls the people... if its al decentralized we can set ourselves free but I think that will be to easy for them...

Ripple's XRP a middleway?

ripple is a bank coin working with bank of America etc from what i understand so i wont support it

I have major doubts that Ripple is working with Bank of America!

I can be completely wrong but I thought it is a banking coin and read that they have contracts underway with bank of America as well as other banks but then again cant believe everything you read on the internet
