"Principles for Success" by Ray Dalio

Ray Dalio is the founder of Bridgwater Associates, one of the world's largest hedge funds. He has developed a very unique and effective way for achieving success by utilizing "idea meritocracy". Idea meritocracy involves employing methods to make sure the best ideas come to the fore so the best decisions can be made.

Ray believes that sharing the strategies that he has learned over time through his personal successes or failures to benefit others is much more rewarding than holding onto the information in hopes for more personal financial success. He often creates short videos that express his most effective ideas and processes.
