There was a lot of hype around this topic when it came in the news that Russia is planning to pour in astronomical amounts of money into this space.
But correct me if I am wrong, didn't we also receive a press statement from the Government that this is just a rumor and nothing else?

Let's see that rumor as a strategy for Russia, I mentioned that it is news that is not yet a decision that Russia will make,
And we are still waiting for Russia to announce that this is completely true ... !!!
