Amazon: Bitcoin and Litecoin Acceptance
A conversation with an Amazon customer service representative yielded great news!
I was having a discussion with a coworker over the week. We were discussing where Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency is actually being used in place of fiat for real services and goods. I told him that I have been seeing a few stories a week about a new business or company accepting Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum as payment, but they were mostly foreign.
He mentioned that he was going to email Amazon and ask them if they were going to accept Bitcoin or Litecoin any time soon. I did the same. I work in IT, however, so I know sometimes raising two flags gets you a faster response than raising one. I decided to start a chat immediately afterwards. The above picture was the result.
I cannot believe that reply. Not only was the news favorable, but when the representative called BTC/LTC the most trusted and proven cryptocurrencies, I could hardly believe it. I believe this proves that its widely known at Amazon or that it is in their official creedo somewhere. I cannot wait to see what happens when Amazon finally implements and announces these new payment methods. I am a fan of both Litecoin and Bitcoin.

Wow. Very Interesting but definitely not surprised. My prediction is Amazon will eventually start going into testing phase specifically using LITECOIN on the website and in Whole Foods. Not sure how long it will take but it seems its really only a matter of time at this point. I think LTC will be the better investment for people just getting into cryptos. Just my opinion from what I've researched.
I'm still not convinced...honestly. I am asking others to please open a chat and ask and see what their responses are. This needs to be verified.
I agree. Seems strange customer service would share such details. You would think information like that would remain a corporate secret but who knows.
This is big one of the biggest retailer taking btc/ltc game changer. This will force the government to act quickly tk find a way to tax /stop it
