Some good points. Mostly I think it's scammy when the ICO is before the tech is ready- more like an IOU!
I like onG Coin and Lbry because the projects are live and working

They have already working product and lots of users.

Yes awesome video. Most of the ICOs are scam as there is no real product. They will take ur money and vanish. Even I like ONG ICO. They have a good product. The team is also standing. Looks legit to me

It is just logic to me. If you invest in something that is not ready and working yet you are not making a smart investment. So yeah onG looks good to me as well
