The tide happens every single day. The whole ocean moves in/out from the beaches, and it takes hours when it does. Most people don't even feel the tide moving in or out. That is why there are many deaths each year based on the ocean tide.

Most people who have invested in Peercoin have spent the time to investigate the technology, the community and the reason why it is a good investment before buying some.
Most people chasing fads on coinmarketcap.com make quick profits for the day or week, but they're going to lose long-term.
Who wins long-term?
Peercoin.
It wins, because it has fair distribution. The designed 0.01 transaction fee is scaleable.

Ever heard of Bitcoin Plus (yes, I did)
Ever heard of Bitcoin XT (I think I did, yes)
Does Bitcoin have scalability issues (YES)
Does Bitcoin have multiple forks (YES)
Does Peercoin have a solution since 2012 for these scalability problems? (YES)
...but most people like to be carried out by the tide, the sea, slowly without realizing it. Eventually there will be a double back to non-premined, non-ICO coins, with true blockchains like Peercoin launched August 2012

Prior to reading this I had just received a notification from Coinbase on the upcoming Bitcoin Segwit2x and Bitcoin Gold forks. It seems to me like a trend has developed that won't go away.
I've found that holding onto Peercoin in my portfolio has been beneficial even though it has dipped in price a bit. Personally I have been viewing this time as an opportunity to buy more PPC as I see it as a truly high potential, undervalued coin with a promising development community.
