Bitcoin Cash going to hard fork?

Just spotted this video on the Cryptoverse this morning . Chris is claiming that Bitcoin Cash is going to hard fork in the next 24 hours. He talks about it at the 8 to 10 minute mark in the video. The coin will not split as I understand it this will just be an upgrade. If this does happen there may be some more crazy price action and I agree. Watch this video and let me know what you think.
