The ICO space has a significant amount of maturing to do, but contrary to popular Luddite belief, there is gold in them hills. There is real entrepenurial talent with real technology assets to deploy, they simply don't have the financial and marketing moxy to pull a venture - due to a lack of diversity in their teams.
