A Bitcoin block mined in the future?

Yesterday I noticed block #629196

On BTC Network Explorer
On Blockchain Com Explorer

If you look at block #629197 it was mined earlier:
Block 629197

It was an empty block - without transactions - as well.

Anyone knows how this can happen?
