If they really wanted to offer this so called "opportunity", they would have conceded a large portion to compensate all creditors. But instead they stole our assets and replace those with this useless token with vague terms, and nothing saying when they will ever pay back this debt at all. The only rational choice is to dump these to cover the loss and sue them for forcibly converting the loss of these useless tokens. I am guessing that after people withdraw all their assets, someone will definitely sue, after which people might hope to get back their money at cents for dollars after years of bankruptcy process.
Each token represents $1 of the loss. They are basically giving you this shit and tell you that now we don't owe you any more.
