The latest Bitcoin Hard Fork - Bitcoin Interest
I first found out about the Bitcoin Interest hard fork from @msg768. In my opinion, it's one of the more exciting Bitcoin forks of late and has a lot of potential.

Bitcoin Interest officially forked this morning at Block 505083
If you held any Bitcoin on Hitbtc or Okex at the time, you will be credited with Bitcoin Interest (BCI) in around a couple of weeks time. They are working with other exchanges too, so maybe other exchanges will also credit BCIs at a later date too.
I'm definitely going to keep a close eye on this one.
