I have been with Genisis Mining for over a year and found them to be a great company. I have predominantly mined BTC and Dash as well as a little Ltc. I can honestly say they are not a scam and after 16 months I am comfortably in profit. They have had difficulties like when they suffered a hack, but they compensated the customers. They also behave in an ethical fashion given that they haven't altered existing contracts in the face of rising markets. I'm for them and certainly a happy customer.
