Actually had to google Carstens to figure this article out lol. Well played Mr.Crypto.Inferno. He's begging people not to do what his ilk has been doing for far too long. The whales are causing crypto fluctuation, obviously not the HODLers. With such low market caps, it's far easier to manipulate then other commodities.
