IMPORTANT! THE BITCOIN IS DIVIDED IN TWO? EXCLUSIVELY THE SCHEDULE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SEGWIT !! AS NO ONE HAD EXPLAINED YOU !!

If you know, work and invest in bitcoin, in this note you will know the schedule for the implementation of said segwit, which consists and because there may be a possible bifurcation or division of this cryptodivisa.

The proposal raises a series of important changes that could lead to the solution of the problems facing the digital currency or, on the contrary, could generate the division of Bitcoin in two or more different digital currencies.

JULY 4: DEPLOYMENT OF BTC1 SOFTWARE

The software constitutes a fork (alternate version) of the base code used by the Bitcoin Core developers. The beta version was released on June 30, but the roadmap set by SegWit2X states that by this date the signatories of the New York Agreement should install the BTC1 beta software and test it on their systems.

It is important to clarify that this step should not affect to any extent neither the regular users nor the miners.

JULY 21: BIP91 START SIGNAL

The SegWit2X development team establishes that by this date it should be the day on which the BTC1 nodes begin operating in an operative manner, and most importantly, this will be the day on which the Miners to make the respective changes if they want to be part of this proposal. These changes should not affect regular users of the digital currency. But in the case of miners, especially those who wish to support the development of SegWit, they must install and make the necessary changes to operate with BIP91.

JULY 23 (OR BEFORE): LOCK IN BIP91

This is an important point for the evolution of the proposal, since the total activation of BIP91 requires that from a series of 336 blocks, an approximate 269 blocks have been processed by miners who have implemented the proper specifications. Have achieved 80% of the required HASH.
This phase also does not involve changes that may affect the users of the digital currency.
But in the case of the miners, if BIP91 is finally activated, device operators have a maximum of two days to install the soft fork BIP91, since otherwise the device can start to extract blocks that Are not compatible with the network.

JULY 29: FIRST ALERT FOR IMPLEMENTATION BIP91

To prevent Bitcoin from being divided into two currencies, the first alert will be issued on 29 July for miners who have not yet implemented the BIP91 protocol on their devices. By this date, stakeholders should have made the respective changes and ensure that BIP91 is active in mining computers, preferably before 4 am (Eastern Time)
If BIP91 is not activated before that deadline, ** Bitcoin may be facing a split in its Blockchain **, which would give rise to two different currencies. However, operators of mining devices will still have a space to decide which digital currency they prefer to mine, so they should make a decision as soon as possible, as by 1 August, SegWit is expected to be fully operational.

JULY 31: LIMIT DATE BIP141

Technically, this would be the second alert directed to the miners to avoid the division of Blockchain. If these devices do not comply with the conditions mentioned above, there is a great risk that miners who decide not to implement such changes can not operate with SegWit. At this time it is expected that, within a maximum of two weeks, 95% of the network's HASH will be allocated to SegWit. It should be taken into account that the probability that the network will take until July 31 to be ready is low, so by that time it is advisable that the miners have wisely made their decision.

AUGUST 1: BIP148 ACTIVATION

For this day the update of BIP148 is proposed, a new version that operates directly SegWit, reason why this date already constitutes the point of closure for all the miners that have not decided in making the pertinent modifications. In the first hour of August 1st, all nodes with BIP148 will begin to reject any block that does not incorporate the aforementioned modifications. If by that time the miners have installed either BIP141 of Bitcoin Core or BIP91 of BTC1, there should be no problem. However, there is still an opportunity, since those who are still out can still install BIP148 on their devices, which will not be excluded and, therefore, will not mince blocks that can be rejected by 95% of the network HASH . The most important point for this date is that you could be handling two currencies in case the Blockchain is split. One of these will be "148BTC" associated with the implementation of BIP148, and on the other side we will have "Legacy Bitcoin", which will be operating with the previous specifications.

AUGUST 4: POTENTIAL LAUNCH OF BITCOIN ABC

Although an exact date for this release has not yet been defined, August 4 may be the day the network sees for the first time a new Bitcoin, better known as "Bitcoin ABC". The company Bitmain recently announced that if BIP148 gets the expected results they would launch this new coin which would be mined privately by the company. Bitcoin ABC will include several new rules in its protocol regarding Bitcoin as we know it, and among the most important is the fact that the blocks will have a larger size than their predecessor.

AUGUST 5: PROOF OF WORK FOR BIP148

By this date a work test is scheduled that will test the network, provided the conditions are given for this initiative. It is expected that a new currency will be created for this moment, which will be used within the network and will have commercial value while also allowing for the testing of SegWit's effectiveness in a safe way. The currency known as "NewPoWBTC" would come as a result of the implementation of BIP148 and would be the criptomoneda mined by the mining devices that operate under this protocol.
