Mark Karpeles, Mt. Gox CEO, was Found Guilty by Japanese Court

The former CEO of Mt. Gox bitcoin exchange was found guilty of modifications of electronic records. He received 2.5 year of inprisonment, but he will not serve the time, unless he commits another violation within a 4-year term.
