I agree. I suspect it'll go the ETC way. What's being missed in this entire cacophony is that both coins are technically superior to it's parent, and this counts for somethings. Instead of one slow, expensive coin, we get two cheap, nimble coins. Ideology often gives way to practicality. That'll be the test I guess, how it actually performs once it's out in the world, kicking about!
