Thank you for the video! I saw the SEC write-up too. I thought it was pretty interesting that they found the DAO to be a security, and that the SEC decided that they would not currently pursue them on any charges. It makes me wonder what is in store for the "fintech" sector in the future. Like you alluded to the government is always looking to collect its portion of the pie.
