What will be the price of BTC till the end of the year?

Bitcoin price has fallen for more than 50% from December 2017. Now the BTC price is heading to the level of 6,000 $/BTC and the question arise will the price of BTC will fall further or will go back the December levels? From the point of view of the technical analysis we can see the downtrend that leads us to the level of 6,000 USD/ BTC where it will meet the strong level of resistance.

On the hand there is an interesting opinion from the Bill Barhydt the director of the Abra cryptocompany. He think that as soon as USA and EU institutional investors will enter the market there will be a new digital boom and it start this year.
His opinion is based on the conversations with a hedge and mutual funds and other stock speculants. They seek for high profits and see a great potential in a vast volatility of the cryptocurrecies. When they enter the market there will be a new rally of Bitcoin and other alcoins.
The leader of intuitional investments in the world is Japan. This is an indicator of the following future events on the West, despite the fact that the number of private investors has recently significantly declined.
