The real reason of Bitcoin's 2017 BULL run? Bitconnect, Bitfinnex, Tether & Tron. Legit or Scam?

Bitconnect
We all know how this goes in the end. Plenty of people lost all of their life savings. Following Bitconnect's shutdown, a new wave of new "high yield" lending platform emerged (http://www.ico-lending.com/). For all we know, some of them might be legit, but who wants to bet their life savings to verify that? I wouldn't come a mile near any of these lending platform. Please don't let greed take over. Do your research, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We don't want to see more people fall victims of their greed and crypto hype. These lending platforms tarnished the reputation of crypto community by exploiting human greed.

Tether
The concept of tether are really really good. Coins backed by USD, dollar for dollar. Bypass all US Federal laws to use the most desirable fiat currency in the world for ease of Crypto trading. But are they legit? Who is doing the audits? Are there hard evidence for this claim? Various sources have said that they severed ties with their auditor (eg.https://medium.com/@bitfinexed/bitfinex-and-tether-is-unauditable-why-they-will-never-do-a-real-audit-3324e002b185). By printing more and more "digital USD", the price of all Crypto soared in 2017. Is all our tokens valued at what it really is? As far as I know, there are only very few real world usable tokens. All I'm saying is pay very close attention to your crypto investments, do your own intensive research, don't listen to me or anyone.

Tron
Justin Sun. The child prodigy of Jack Ma. Is he really? There is a picture of him taken with Jack Ma. A picture. Singular. If he is a child prodigy of Jack Ma, shouldn't there be more pictures, articles, videos of him with Jack Ma? Is TRON legit or is Justin just a marketing genius? It's hard to draw a conclusion on this one, only time will tell.
