A draft of an Executive Order to implement a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve has been put forth by the Bitcoin Policy Institute.

This could be established on day 1 via Execute Order.

While that may sound great, I would prefer to get something done congressionally.

It would last much longer.

Just about all the Executive Orders get undone when the new president comes into office.

They love to undo whatever the prior president did then do a bunch of their own.

If we get something in place congressionally, it will be much harder to get rid of.
