Bitcoin has become and is truly a role model for other crypto coins. But of course I don't see it overtaking the gold market unless you speak generally of the cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin has to combine efforts with stable coins like ethereum, Litecoin, Veil, Ripple to be able to overtake the gold market.
