The Big Bang Theory Bitcoin Dedicated Episode Review

in #bitcoin7 years ago (edited)

So we knew since some time that todays episode will be dedicated to Bitcoin with name "The Bitcoin Entanglement".

We had this preview:

Now just for y`all i got on time and watched it!

If you dont know the show - its really great. Been watching it since episode one, lately slacking (as i dont like when theres too many seasons) but it still keeps quality.

Review

Characters claim they mined BTC years ago that it was at 5k USD (currently in show). They thought it doesnt make sense but runned computers and made a code to do so.

And.. i wont do spoilers. Stop reading now.

I think the episode shows how the people ended when they got into Bitcoin early ;)

Worth watching anyways!

Hello & Cheers!! I'm a content detection and information bot. You are receiving this reply because a short link or links have been detected in your post/comment. The purpose of this message is to inform your readers and yourself about the use of and dangers of short links.

To the readers of the post: Short links are provided by url shortening services. The short links they provide can be useful in some cases. Generally their use is benign. But as with all useful tools there are dangers. Short links can be used to hide all sorts of things. Quite frequently they are used to hide referral links for instance. While not dangerous this can be deceptive. They can also be used to hide dangerous links such as links to phishing sites, sites loaded with malware, scam sites, etc. You should always be extremely cautious before clicking on one. If you don't know and trust the poster don't click. Even if you do you should still be cautious and wary of any site you are sent to. It's always better to visit the site directly and not through a short link.

To the author of the post: While short links may be useful on some sites they are not needed on steemit. You can use markdown to format your links such as this link to steemit. It's as simple as [steemit](https://steemit.com) Unlike short links this allows the reader to see where they are going by simply hovering over the link before they click on it.

Blem = good or blem= bad?

Blem is good, very good.

and from blong to blem, I'd say uber belm

Damn, in Italy i must wait years for this episode..
But i'm really happy to see it!

Buy the day before the episode airs!! Haha or buy now if you’re in it for the long haul

You know what - it wouldn't surprise me if Bitcoin or other crypto's get a couple bumps up after an episode like this airs. Crypto's are so easily influenced by all kinds of 'sentiment' in the market. And yep, that can include an episode of Big Bang Theory. Or something more serious, such as a 'rumor' of a country banning cryptocurrency exchanges from trading, or even a government of a country announcing stricter tax-collection for 'profiteers' of cryptocurrency 'gains' (which I find to be a bit ridiculous!)

yeah it's crazy how fragile it is, somewhat based on rumors and speculations lol

Congratulation sir @kingscrown because this post is really awesome. I think this episode is great for mass scale adaption. The Big Bang theory is the great story of Bitcoin users.
In this informative post you can find new follower in me and also encourage my steem friends for following you.
your regards @skwth

Hey dear sir @kingscrown The Big Bang Theory is the great story of Bitcoin users, as it happens to me I bought something 300 BTC and as it was so cheap those day I didn't care of security or writing the private keys, due to my mistake I delete all the data from my hard disk and all the Btc deleted too, at that time it doesn't hurt me but now it is like I killed my angel who can make me Billionaire from that time I started care of every little thing and pay proper attention on every little tiny things.
Thank you sir please make a post of complete show when it is aired.

Good news for people holding bitcoin then, now the supply is only 20999700. Thanks for your selfless actions!

close to 4 million coins are lost to the network already

At least you got one hell of a story to tell your grandkids !

The episode was really nostalgic for previous seasons. And Bitcoin's own history facilitated that story arc. It was really neat how they pulled it off.

I can't believe I'm watching BBT reruns right now and missed the new episode even though I've been waiting for this day since the announcement. Gotta watch it now!

Thanks for bringing this to light. Will try to find time to watch the show.
