Lets Check on Wex.nz Exchange
This is the exchange that got hacked once - paid back all users, got attacked by FBI/SEC - came back alive.
Im trying to give it support it as much as i can since nobody else would come back from dead and pay users in such circumstances.
I would say due to this facts WEX (old name BTC-E) is the most secure spot to trade since nobody can stop them from paying back when theres some issues.
Prices
Due to problems cashing out FIAT from WEX since the FBI attack prices are above normals.
Yet they already started buying lost tokens back:
You can already sell tokens issues for loss but better to wait

This used ot be top exchange for LTC hopefully it will go back to its place. Its also the spot pushing NVC.

Wex is the new BTC-E? Didn't know that they were still alive. Being held by the FBI was one of the reason why ethtrade closed down. Maybe ethtrade will come from the dead and pay their investors also.

Great post. Lost my coins at btc-e after the fbi incident
BTC-E was a great exchange until they got mixed up with the feds... glad to see that they're even taking personal losses to pay back their users!

FBI are pure hypocrites. They will shut down crypto exchanges but do nothing about the 100s of 1000s of ponzi schemes milking people dry daily over the internet. They will also do nothing about the binary and forex scam brokers manipulating market prices and stealing people's money. Such hypocrites working in their self interest to protect the USD.
We need decentralized exchange.They will shut down nothing then.They can only sit and watch people trading coins.
Yes; BTS is already their and few others are coming soon. The blockchain will decentralise everything !

Its a mixed feeling that they got misfortuned twice and came back. Customer concerned and security concerned.
