Since the inflation of Bitcoin is predetermined, we all know there will come a day when it will be nil. For this reason employers will not need to factor cost of living increases into salaries that are paid in BTC. The buying power of your 2 BTC a year salary will organically increase. This phenomenon that has never happened before in history , will change the ethics of human beings forever.
Employers will be able to stabilize their budgets and employees will want to maintain there positions and will value there job.
