Humble opinion: as much as Arise would have been a great alternative... there was nothing they were ever going to deliver. Lots of promises, zero results. They didn't have the skills. They were inept. Too bad the government had to step in... no one wants that, but Arise practically begged for it with their poor decision-making. Either be smart, or pay the price. If they are truly innocent, I'm sure they'll hire the best lawyers they can afford to defend themselves.
