Pondering Out Loud re: Bitcoin also has ETF FOMO as SEC does their job, a Technical and Fundamental POV
With all the legal stuff goin on (sec ftx agriculture Bidenomics ) bitcoin could finally get to 65k in q1 2024 as divergence and rsi and macd showing a short signal and there hasn't been a buy signal yet. Honestly what would be so bad if it did give us a double bottom at around 15-17k? That is where I would expect to buy because I use horizontal lines to plot obvious pivot points where the same price can act as both a high or a low. Not a fan of diagonal lines really.
Here is a short term view where there is divergence for the sell to short bitcoin and no buy trade signal as the RSI is has not gone oversold which is easy to think it could drop until it shows this metric. So I would just take some profits here not financial advice btw as nothing I post ever is with crypto.

I like to stick with the path of least resistance and all that and it indicates that we are in the middle of the enlightenment regarding all the changes on the financial and banking landscape and I guess sitting on your hands from off the bench as the dollar is defended would be a low risk option if you need one.
There is no reason to swing your sword at smoke is there? The SEC pushed things to Jan 2024 and then we could maybe see a replay of Q1 2023 where crypto rallied til the spring. Next Spring just so happens to also be the big deal bitcoin halving.
As the fully regulated identity of Bitcoin is exposed well enough, then maybe the department of agriculture can stop televising crypto hearings, but yet the spot ETF has been kicked back into limbo. This is great as to all the opportunities at the media and crypto space to pundit together again also for the rest of us to buy it cheaper, eff it why not? The pundits nowadays are just fighting off crypto FUD with what the mysterious number 4, could that mean more than just to ignore the FUD by the crypto whales who market it. Four for the 4th qtr or 2024? One never knows for sure.
