Thanks for sharing this @investing101. Predictions can prove to be unreliable. But on the cursory glance, the report looks very interesting.
Germany is already taking a lead in cryptocurrencies as you can see from this article https://decrypt.co/12603/new-law-makes-germany-crypto-heaven.
When industrialized and advanced countries like Germany take a positive steps towards the adoption of cryptocurrencies, the others would tend to follow in their footsteps so as not to be left out. That would by and by make their predictions about cryptocurrencies come true eventually.
I would suspect that crypto Euro would be better for tracking abilities alone. Now it seems that border area banks don't have the same trust as they are constantly involved in money laundering etc criminal activity.(see Danske Bank case for reference if interested) And thanks for the link.
