Talking about banks....

2 years ago I read an article if m not wrong that a former governor of an African country has adviced it's reserve bank to start thinking of converting it's foreign reserves in Bitcoin (at least 5%) he suggested.....now the amount is not important IMO ....it's the idea of central banks even thinking of such thing that carries weightage.....however two years later we still haven't heard any central bank giving any such hint leave alone the question of actually doing it.....
Banks if do convert some amount into crypto it'll be welcomed by the community but then they'll contradict their own stand and theory of money......
