"OTHERS" and "OTHERS.D" are two somewhat new tickers I noticed on tradingview recently. I can't say for sure exactly what altcoins they excluce(top 100 or 200 is my best guess without analyzing CoinMarketCap, which I don't really care to do). What I can say is that it represents certain small-cap alts, the market cap and the dominance, respectively. I made a public chart on OTHERS.D(click for interactive version):
