Hey man great video as always. I have been working on eating healthier and exercising- sleeping as much as possible and getting to bed at a somewhat reasonable time :-D I stopped adding sugar to my coffee and switched to using milk rather than creamer. I don't buy sodas or anything either just some green tea from time to time (, and of course milk,) because I get tired of JUST drinking water :P

A clear mind starts with a healthy body!
