It's actually not to bad once you set it up. All you need to do is join somewhere that offers a credit card that you can load bitcoin to. I use cryptopay. You register and then buy a card, I think it's like fifteen quid. They send it out and once you have it you can send bitcoin to it and easily put it on the card for spending.
