Russia to ban Bitcoin mining, allow sale & purchase

There has been some news from Russia related to Bitcoin. Here is a previous post from @ratel explaining the uncertain situation about the regulation of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in Russia:

Russia has already been planning to ban the use of all cryptocurrencies (except their own), but now the most recent update is that Debuty Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev has announced that the ministry will create a bill that bans the mining of Bitcoin in Russia, but still allowing the purchase and sale of the cryptocurrency.

"Yes, it's impossible to issue foreign currency in Russia. But you can buy foreign currency, put it in your pocket and go abroad. Therefore, we are currently working on precise definitions in the bill, so that it will be possible to buy or sell bitcoins", reassured Moiseev.
