#Bitcoin is it a just a speculative asset not a currency?
When people ask when are they into #bitcoin, most newcomers will say just because they think its going up in price. But everything it going up when priced in fiat currency. If you call yourself a " HODLER" are you going to convert you crypto baack into fiat ? Or are you #hodling for a lambo.
If your a smart investor would you be better to sell your bitcoin for a real asset not going back to fiat or trade it in for a car. The rich who are driving lambos are buying them with cresdit. Not selling there assets to buy the car. The rich understand debt and asset. The middle class thinking is to buy stuff , a new car would be buying stuff .
It would be better to never sell for fiat and use debt to buy things like cars or a house. If interest rates go up bitcoin will go up much faster. Also not selling would have a tax benefits . The gov wants people using debt .But wasn't bitcoin created to be a currency what was suppose to by used not just something people are hoarding?
The bitcoin since it began to rise in November 2017, people who speculated that it reaches $ 100,000 or even 1 million dollars, is a crypto, totally overvalued and with a totally irrational price, people say buy a bitcoin today for 5 years to sell it to hundreds of thousands of dollars and be able to buy lambos, ferrari or big house ....
more money can be earned in 5 years of trading, than to expect something more from the speculation that bitcoin can lead to a huge setback
But with trading you have to pay taxes . There are platforms that alot you to get loans int fiat without having to cash out. LIke #SALT
