Yes, but Robert Prechter made a severe mistake from 2009 to 2016 in tenaciously calling for DOW 400 crash. He underestimated the Feds and didn't realize until too late that he was herding with the Permabears.
As result of such horrible calls, the market has meanly coined the term: "Don't get Prechterized!"
From the side lines, I've learned not to herd and try hard to catch myself. It's very difficult to do.
