Word to the Wise

Our featured scam in Word to the Wise is an investment scam. That's right, I'm talking about you Ryna Holdings!

Ryna Holdings claims to be financial holdings company that has been in operation since October 2, 2017. But if you look on their FB and Twitter pages, you see that they have only been around since February 2018. In fact they even state on their FB page that they were launched on February 8th.

They offer several investment packages based on the size of your investment. Each package pays annual returns in the hundreds of percent. The more you invest the more you will lose, oops, I mean earn!

Like most cryptocurrency scammers, they are a pretty lazy bunch who aside from creating a web page, would rather have you do all their work for them. So they offer a very lucrative referral program which they call a career. But don't quit your day job. It's lucrative for them, but you'll never see a penny of that referral bonus.

Like all scams, Ryna Holdings is just another way to try to separate you from your money. Avoid their fantastic claims and stay as far away from them as you can.

Money For Nothing

Today's free money is another airdrop. This one is for Etheranal Tokens.

To earn the tokens you need to chat with it's Telegram bot. The bot will ask you a few questions to verify that you are human and then record your ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet address. If you don't already have an ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet, you can get one from MyEtherWallet.com for free.

Ethearnal is an interesting project that seeks to provide trustless freelance work. Each party must hold Ethearnal tokens to enter into a smart contract, but payments are made in Ethereum. There is also a Moderator to validate satisfactory project completion and release of funds. So in addition to earning money as a freelancer, you can also earn moderator fees.

The Report

After a restful weekend, the cryptocurrency market is feeling fresh and recharged. The market is seeing broad but somewhat moderate gains.

Bitcoin is currently trading at $8840, up almost 6% since this time yesterday.

Steem and SBD are more moderate in their gains, currently Steem is trading at $4.15, up just over 1% in the last 24 hours. While SBD is currently trading at $4.70, also up just over 1% since yesterday afternoon.

The supply of liquid Steem is finally starting to move in the right direction. The rising price of Steem has apparently motivated people to begin powering up some of the excess Steem. The liquid supply dropped about 200,000 Steem over the weekend. Tomorrow we will see if the Steemit Whales continue to power down large quantities of Steem.
