True, it does affect consumer perception (of brands). And many view overly demanding digital pop-up ads with a bit of spite; the brands that utilize them are hurting themselves.
Namely, marketers are intrusively trying to attract a buyer instead of restricting spending on advertising to clearly build effective advertising.
That makes no sense.
