Still Around - Random Thoughts and Catching-Up
It has been a while since I posted here. I have been doing light traveling domestically. I visited Toronto, Canada, Buffalo, NY and Irvington, NJ. After the pandemic hit in 2020, I decided to curtail my traveling adventures, for the most part. I just started testing the waters last year. I was blessed not to catch COVID from 2020-2023. You would not believe it but my daughter gave it to me last June, 2024. Being 76 years old, I was always extremely careful. I let my guard down with her on a small trip to Pennsylvania. Thank God I had an extremely mild case. It was like a summer cold or allergy attack. Very mild symptoms.
How about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. BTC hit an ATH pretty quickly but has been doing a little correction. Don’t be dismayed or sell your bag. We’re still in the “bull” season. The Alts have been on the move, as well. Always remember investing is NEVER a straight line. There will always be corrections based on macro and micro events in the market place. I’m not a financial advisor and not giving financial advice. I just stick to DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) no matter whether the market is up or down. Make sure to take your crypto off the Exchanges and keep it in a cold wallet like a Ledger, Tangem or Trazor.
Finally, NEVER give out your private keys. NEVER click on unfamiliar links sent to you. NEVER send money or crypto to somebody you do not know and trust. Be safe in these streets until the next time.
