Coss.io, The Crypto-One-Stop Solution (COSS)

in #bitcoin7 years ago

You may have heard of the Coss Exchange if you’re into crypto. But Coss aims to be more than that, its name stands for Crypto-One-Stop-Solution.

To that end the Coss ecosystem consists of a payment gateway, an exchange, a merchant list, market cap rankings, a marketplace, an e-wallet, various coin facilities and a mobile platform.

Features can infinitely be added as the ecosystem and platform evolves.

The idea for Coss started back in 2016 at MIT Fintech, led by Rune Evensen. The idea is to create a user-friendly ecosystem where non-technical users can take advantage of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

C.O.S.S. PTE Ltd. Incorporated in Singapore in November of 2016 and on April 1 of 2017 the platform was launched. So far it has a payment gateway, a cryptocurrency exchange, merchant listings, and market cap listings.

The token sale ran from August 8 to September 6 where 130 million of a total 200 million were being distributed. Right now 83 million COSS tokens are outstanding and trading. It’s an ERC20 token.

COSS is a revenue-generating cryptocurrency. Owners receive revenues generated from transaction fees from the gateway or on the crypto exchange. There will be other revenue generating features as Coss expands the ecosystem.

I’ve signed up and used the exchange and wallet. It’s easy to use. So far the wallet supports 36 coins and most trade in both BTC and ETH on the exchange.

So far the biggest volume coin on Coss is COSS itself. The exchange itself does around $175,000 in volume a day. That’s tiny compared to likes of Poloniex and Bittrex.

As you can see Coss is valued at just $6 million. That’s pretty cheap considering the potential.

In phase 2 Coss plans on adding crowdfunding, pre-paid credit cards, smart-contracts, remittances, and third-party plugins.

This is one to watch. What do you think of Coss?

ive been testing them since some time, so far so good

Thanks... if they can get some users and volume might be interesting

I read on their Reddit sub that users of the COSS exchange were waiting for really long time to get their ETH deposits cleared? Has this been fixed now?

I deposited BTC and ETH and had no problems. Small amounts at this point.

@g-dubs is Coss a potential winner? What are your thoughts? Do you know some people from the team? Upvoted. @gold84

COSS is a dark horse. The new proposed user interface for the exchange will be implemented soon and then they will be marketing the site to draw traffic to the exchange. The price is cheap right now with the lower support range being 5-6 cents. Good to get in now before the inevitable breakout happens.

It's the only exchange with a DAO to handle the revenue share for the COSS token holders. You can keep your tokens on the exchange or in your MEW or Trezor/Nano and setup a smart contract to still receive your revenue share. The opportunity to HODL and receive passive income is really awesome.

New coins are being added at a fast rate also, in a few months I'm sure they will have as many tokens as Bittrex. The volume potential for the revenue share is really good.

If you want to engage with the team, you can join the slack or telegram channel and even suggest a coin to be added. Check out all the details on the fb page. https://www.facebook.com/pg/cosscrypto/posts/?ref=page_internal

It sure is going to explode soon, mark my words..

Thanks for the update... I did sign up and get a few tokens so I'm in... but need to spend more time on the exchange and learn more about the revenue share. It'd be great to see the exchange do more $$$ volume.
I really like some of the passive income opportunities in crypto... I've done well w cloud mining, staking, and earn.com (formerly 21.co) hopefully I can add Coss to the list.

The rank of steem is higher than the rank of COSS.

By market cap, sure. But two different things.

Is it good to invest there ? Suggest me. :)

I bought a few COSS tokens to check it out. The exchange was easy to use, but it needs more volume. It needs some whales.

ok Thanks sir for the info !

A debt of gratitude is in order for the introduction to COSS.

Interesting. I'll have to look into this more. I like the idea of owners/users gaining revenue from transaction fees. Will have too read more about this. Thanks for sharing!

No problem... if they can bring in the volume it could be a big winner.

This is one to watch

Tiny market cap, agreed.
